I created a test app tested most of the day and could not replicate the error, however this error is intermittent so i can't guarantee anything.
When i experienced the error a couple of days ago on one of the production computers the Resource Monitor showed the app was using over 2.5 GIG so something was going on there.
The reports that are giving me trouble are in a C# project that was created in VS2010 (i separated these reports from the rest) however if you could outline some steps to take to check the possibility of problems from migration from VS2003 to VS2010 i would like to go through and see if it makes a difference before the next service pack.
I am running CR 13.0.8.1216 on the dev computer.
