We had a BW upgrade from 7.0 to 7.3 in the Dev environment. Ever since that we are not able to open any of the Webi reports in BIlaunchpad(4.0.6). While refreshing it is prompting the message: An internal error occurred while calling the processDPCommandsEX API.(WIS 30270). There was no change in BOBJ at all.The reports are ran on Internet Explorer 9.
All the webi reports are on top of Bex queries.The BICS connection used was tested and it is successful. Also the bex queries are yielding results when executed using RSRT transaction as well as query analyser.
We tried to edit the webi query by going to Data Access -->Edit , but the query panel was not opening at all.Also, tried creating a new report in Dev. Even though we were able to select the query from BICS connection, it was not opening in the webi query panel, blank screen was appearing.
We tried to open the reports using ADMIN login, which failed again with the same message.
At the same time, we are able to open the same reports using "Web Intelligence rich client(4.0.6)". But upon refreshing, variable used in the report are not present and is showing #SYNTAX error.
Please provide some suggestions on the above issue.
