Hi Karthik/Rick, There is a bit of a difference actually.... not just the name.
Latest End is always the default deadline shown in all inboxes, and yes it is the most commonly used. Latest end is the last deadline (i.e. latest time that the task should be completed) and is logically after Requested end (i.e. when we would like the task to be completed).
Requested End can be used to send additional deadline warnings prior to latest end.
I've seen it used in several sites as follows:
* Use requested end to send email warnings that the deadline is approaching
* Use latest end to take more drastic action - e.g. add more approvers, forward to a shared services group, automatic approval or rejection etc.
