Please people, don't feed the users that are too lazy to search themselves by doing it for them. The answer for basic questions like this, that can easily be answered by searching SCN, the SAP help or google, is not to post links, copy text from other sources or even answer the question in a nice, understandable way, but to press the "Alert moderator"-button and select "failed to search" (as I just did) to help keep the community usable and clutter-free.
