How to determine pricing procedure based on Ship-to-party?

I have a requirement where the pricing procedure should be determined based on ship to party?

Right now the Pricing Procedure is determining based on Sold To Party. I found a BAdI CRM_PRICING_BADI . Could you please let me know is it right badi to do the changes and also how to achieve/use from this badi?
