http://scn.sap.com/blogs/lsalvador is your personal blog, which only lists blog posts published in it: it's like it's own space, like SAP Solution Manager. It is not a feed of all your blog posts.
Publishing duplicate content goes again the The Rules of Engagement. Duplicate must be removed ASAP.
