Hi,

First create the Access server in the 'Data Service Server manager '

Go to Data service server manager --> go to Access server---> configuration editor---> ADD

Provide the directory like C:\sap business object\data server\bin\"give the Access server name"

Next click Ok and Again Ok--> Next close and restart.

Now you can go and check in the management console" Real time "
