PCA- Allow Balance Carryforward

Hi,

Kindly suggest whether if the PCA- Allow Balance Carryforward (2KET)  has not been set to carryforward allowed in  customizing, Can it be subsequently be set to carryforward allowed in a production system or only manual carryforward's needs to be carried out through 2kes-Profit Center:- carry forward actual balance.

Also are there any reports similar to FS10N to view the Profit center wise balances
