How workflow triggered?

Hi All,

I am analyzing one of my workflow ( Open Text Document Process Workflow ) in my production  system which resulted in error.

I would like to know how to find how that particular workflow is triggered.

There is no triggering event or start condition, and no entry in SWETYPV or SWEC transaction.
